The
grounds of the Botanical Gardens at Asheville and the Visitor Center are
available for rental for special occasions.
 Weddings
The
Gardens provide a lovely setting for an outdoor wedding with an indoor
facility for receptions or the possible rainy day. The Gazebo located on the Sunshine Meadow on the
edge of Reed Creek or the meadow in front of the Hayes Cabin,
an authentic log cabin nestled in a cove, are perfect
locations for a memorable day. Outdoor weddings are affordably priced from
$200-$500 depending upon season and time of day.
Receptions/Meetings
Our Visitor Center
has a large meeting hall suitable for receptions of up to 75 people (as well as ample rest room facilities).

The Butler Room (the
large meeting room in the Visitor Center) is available in
case of rain, but must be reserved ahead of time.

The Visitors Center
is open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Visitor Center
has no cooking or refrigeration facilities but you are welcome to have your caterer deliver food and
beverage to the Gardens. Alcoholic beverages are limited to wine and
champagne.

The Hayes Cabin has
electrical outlets for your use. The Gazebo does not have
electricity but, on request, we can provide an extension cord for
limited electrical devices.

For indoor
receptions, large banquet-style tables and chairs are
available without additional charge. For outdoor use, you
may rent these items from a vendor of your choice.

A nonrefundable
deposit is required to reserve your
time and date. The balance of the payment is due one month
before the event.
