TEA IN THE GARDENS

with acclaimed artist Ann Vasilik
Tuesday, June 22, 2 – 4 pm in the Gazebo, Botanical Gardens at Asheville
Deadline for registration: June 15th


Ann will talk about her painting techniques, composition, style and picking a subject to paint. Tea, finger sandwiches, fruit, cheese and cookies will be served. This is a fund raiser for the BGA.

Ann Vasilik, a native of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania has lived in Asheville, North Carolina, since 1988.  She is one of the best-known water-colorists in Western North Carolina, and we are proud to feature her line of cards in our gift shop. 

This exceptional artist received a bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Philadelphia College of Art. Ann has also worked as a painter, illustrator and teacher in Virginia, California, Hawaii, North Carolina and the Republic of the Philippines. She has had numerous one-woman shows and has received many awards and commissions. Her work is contained in private and corporate collections.
